Let the After Party Begin!
this layout is not one of shear genious. it is however an example of how *I* scrapbook. Simple, quick, and easy. use cool materials you love, clean simple design, and a little bling.
ok, now the winners...
you are going to have to wait just one a little while longer. cuttig these apart and picking the winners is taking longer than I thought!!!
You challenge for my final giveaway of the week... it is simple. send me a link to a layout that represents how YOU scrap. i will pick the one that imspires me most and post the winner next week!

Hello Coco! ;)
You can check out the latest entry on my blog, and you will see how I scrap. I looooove embellies SO MUCH and I want to be like everyone layering and using a ton on a page...but I simply can't. In the end my layouts just look...kinda simple. (BTW: This is my fave current layout)

Here is a link to a layout that shows my style.
I love to use the colors in the photo for the cardstock and add embellishments to complement . I do a lot of nature photography and have a whole album of those types of layouts.

I'm usually a double page layout sort of gal, but more recently have done a few single pages. I find it difficult to add more than a couple of embellies to a layout, but am currently loving the MM spiral journalling notebooks, my cricut and my Scarlet Lime monthly kit.
The following layout has a white background and doesn't just stop at the purple!! http://bp1.blogger.com/_nSJe1_qR6l4/SB7vQ9CqbiI/AAAAAAAAASg/keGGjHas-3Y/s1600-h/textqueen.jpg

I don't have one of my own personal links to put here but here's a sample of one that inspires me and shows sort of how I scrap:

Lots of Making Memories product, tons of embellishments (I tend to overembellish, if there is such a thing!) and lots of pics of my precious little one!

This is how I scrapbook, at least these days. Not simple, I know... I just love using flowers and decorating them...

This layout is a hint of my scrapbooking, lots of card stock, a hint of patterned papers, and a splash of fibers and other fun stuff. Everything is focused onthe picture and journaling (on the tag top corner, hard to see in the picture)

I love your layout! I scrap the same way, quick and clean.. I like my photos to be the focal point. Here is a layout of mine that pretty much exemplifies that..

I don't have a place to link to! My style is to tell the story in a two page spread, (for Christmas I do more), so that usually means lots of cropped pictures on a page with one "focal" picture, minimal embellishments, and hidden journaling to pull from a pocket I make behind a matted photo...works for me!

This in one of my recent lo. one word to describe my los is 'simple'. even if there is no journaling a picture can tell a thousand words. hope you like it. http://www.scrapboxx.com/forum/index.php?automodule=gallery&req=si&img=25337

I'd say this one sums me up best
http://twopeasinabucket.kaboose.com/pg.asp?cmd=display&layout_id=1329333
telling a story or expressing an idea through the use of photos, patterned papers, and other embellishments that are symbolic. Oh and the use of AC thickers, gotta have those!
lol I enjoy playing with mixing patterns and textures, I think that is my signature.

her is a recent one that feels most like me right now.

Oh I forgot to write about my style. It's usually simple but I am attracted to flowers and brads (almost in all my LO).

I never do two layouts the same. It is whatever the photos inspire in me. Here the rocks step down and this influenced this layout:
